Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping times are not related to processing times. We offer free local delivery for the following postal codes; 30066 & 30144. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost/misplaced packages due to an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS. If this happens please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
Due to sanitary and health reasons, products are not eligible for exchanges. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify as defective or damaged. If an item you have received qualifies as defective or damaged, you have 48 hours from the time your package was confirmed to be delivered to notify us and be eligible for a refund. Sale items, which includes all items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
